Here is the strip that we drew for the Make-A-Strip panel, which (aside from being a twenty year PAX tradition) has become in recent years a platform to raise money for Child's Play.
First, we hit 'em with the Child's Play Video. This is a precision guided instrument with the power to loosen one's grip on the wallet, causing it to madly swipe and charge in the air - from a remove, the target looks like they're being assailed by bees. Then, as Gabe begins to draw madly, compressing three or four hours of work into a single hour, I tell old, weird, ten minute stories about how I got a massage once and didn't like it. Then, at the end of the hour, twenty thousand dollars has accrued? The full process is somewhat obscured, but we can't argue with the results.
Got a little more PAX to go, you can always catch the streams if you want to play the Home Game, but remember that you can absolutely look the part with our Globally Available PAX Shop! Items other than Dabe's incredible photobook will ship after the show. Of course, the whole store is now available globally, so if you've had your eyes on pins, poetry, or anything else, now is the time.
(CW)TB out.
