NOLF2 Impressions are a go, we'll look into to the poetry later.
First of all, if you haven't downloaded the No One Lives Forever 2 Ohio Teaser, I mean, sheesh. Go get the Goddamn thing. It's not very long, you basically fight a few ninjas in a trailer park, but that is hardly a fair description. There's also a tornado you see, blowing chairs and pieces of fences and whole trailers around, so an environment that looks decent enough as is becomes something akin to a real place, with bustle and activity anywhere you look. The first NOLF game, The Operative I think they called it, was a tight product with a lot of craft, care, and variety throughout. It also managed to be funny, which was unexpected, and those successful comedic forms were much imitated after release. After playing the new demo and reading about their interesting multiplayer concept, I have a strong urge to whistle a pleasant little tune. The whole thing is very exciting.
