So I couldn't really mention it before because it was a surprise, but now the cat is out of the bag so I can talk about it. One of the other major reasons I decided to try the anti anxiety medication was that I wanted to surprise my wife with a trip to Paris for her birthday. I used get nervous just going downtown so going to a foreign country was never even a possibility. I've been on the medication for a while now though and I honestly feel like I'm ready for the trip.
Anyway, I'll be leaving on Wednesday so I'm working ahead and trying to knock out all the strips for the week I'll be gone. I've gotten a ton of great advice from friends that have been to Paris before and I feel really well prepared. I do have one question for you guys though. I'll be staying in the first Arrondissement right by the Louvre. I'm curious if anyone can point me towards an awesome comic book shop in the area. I'd love to pick up some comics while I'm there and if those of you that have been before or maybe even live there can help me out I'd appreciate it.
