It is my pleasure to announce this year's winner of the Penny Arcade Scholarship, also known as the coveted "Here is Ten Thousand Dollars" Award. Diane Melville of Babson College, if you are able to retain even a portion of the optimism on display in this application, you will have been an incredible investment.
Also, we've decided to give New York Comic Con a try, see how it treats us. It runs from February 6th (which is my birthday!) to February 8th. Scott Kurtz is splitting a booth with us, which ought to cut down on those cross-con sojourns. We will dispense Wisdom at the following panels:
i. Friday: Business of Webcomics (Robert Khoo) Panel Room 10, 3:15-4:15 PM
ii. Saturday: Gabe and Tycho Q&A, Panel Room 1, 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
iii. Sunday: Making Comics with Penny Arcade, Panel Room 7 – 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
