We did a few Ziply comics, each expressing various levels of distress or even the rare glint of hope, twinkling underwater. We had considered the whole thing something of a lost cause, and - as is our way - we made comics to get something out of it, anything at all.
We've been making strips in this vein since 2021, but they musta got a new social media guy or something, let's call him Neil, and Neil heard these cries in the darkness. He tried to hook something up with a method that lets the Sacred Web ride the peaks and valleys of your home's copper, but that didn't work because:
1. House wire 2 old :(
2. Doesn't sound 100% real imo
3. Plus, Big Head
Imagine a scenario where Big Head Todd and The eponymous Monster were one - it's chilling. There wasn't really a big head. I know we got a lot of you cryptid hunters out there and I don't want to get you going crazy on the boards. But now it seems like Ziply might have worked out whatever the permitting thing was? I don't know. This is my Song of Ice and Fire now; it's a robust narrative with jagged peaks and lusty valleys.
Certainly, I had an opportunity to take my own tour of technical hell jammed up the very ass of the Pandemic. My default state is one of e'er-scourged psychic trench warfare, I dug the trenches and I'm also both combatants. But at least I had fucking fiber. You know what I mean? Dear God!
(CW)TB out.
